The client is a $2.4 Billion provider of staffing services to healthcare facilities throughout the United States, giving them access to a large network of clinicians, nurses, and physicians.
The client found its market leadership being challenged by a combination of aging legacy apps and the lack of a candidate mobile app to bring clients and candidates together. As a result, the client lacked insight into candidate activity and preferences, limiting its ability to reach out proactively and keep candidates engaged.
When the COVID-19 pandemic struck, the situation took on added urgency as the client worked to fulfill the healthcare industry’s desperate need for temporary labor.

Healthcare workers seeking jobs can search, review, favorite and apply for jobs. Additionally, they can complete credentialing requirements, track their status throughout the process, and digitally sign contracts.
Having vastly streamlined and improved the process of bringing clients and workers together, Neudesic turned to another business-critical assignment: modernizing the client’s 17-year-old Web back-office account management and placement platform for greater efficiency, usability and speed.
Modernizing allowed the client to move towards a single-page web application that could be built more quickly and deployed more frequently through Azure DevOps. The entire platform was designed with scalability in mind to achieve the highest level of usability while ensuring both the current and future needs of the client are met.
